When I was a little boy, my father took many pictures of my brothers and myself. He developed them in a fascinating dark room. Later, he took some pictures, but he did not find time to develop them. Later, he even found no time to take pictures. Therefore, I bought my own camera, took my own pictures, and developed them in a dark room.
Of course, I took many pictures of my family and I also developed them - although sitting in a dark room is not really fascinating. Thanks to my digital camera, I now can take pictures and put them on the internet without even opening my dark room. Maybe, this will bring back the fascination of the dark room.
The main problem I have with photos is that it is easy and takes not much time to take a photo, but most of these photos are not really fascinating because they show what I already have seen, what I can see everyday. Not secret, no mystery, nothing to take time for watching and thinking.
How can I take photos that are more than obvious pictures?
